Pros
I have never been spoken to the way Wes speaks to me, or anyone else at this business. In my WHOLE life. Wes thinks that his negative enforcement is going to make this new generation think we need this job, but you don't! Wes is the worse boss I have ever worked for. The sad part about this is, NO ONE is going to do anything about it. We all work a hard jobs, a few hard jobs and we GET that. But this job is hard enough as it is and Weston will degrade you even when you are doing good. He wants to get into your personal life and make very unprofessional remarks. ALSO, the 6 months business outlook shouldn't even be an option with this business. You won't make it two weeks!

Someone will cover up this review.... flagging it to remove it ... but if you do get the chance to read it.... DON'T DO IT. Go work somewhere where your mental health is NOT compromised. You will work endless hours. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. No benefits at all too. He will make you think this job pays off but it doesn't. You will only take on a work load and make money as you go and it will never get better. There WILL be a day very soon into the job where he will pick you apart.
