This company empowers it's people to take care of its customers as guests as opposed to consumers. Meaning upper Management recognizes that guests need people that can make knowledgeable decisions to host a more comfortable experience. This approach brings guests back for the experience which helps move the brand.
Cons
The idea of making a fluid customer experience during a transaction that can be time consuming and stressful is a bit of balancing act. This is especially challenging when numerous clients want to do business at the same time. Facilitating this situation was my gift and my passion. I have much pride in making things seamless for the client, consumer or customer. This attention brings them back to the brand, or the experience.
