Incredible - Camp Manager Super Camps Employee Review

Chill job very easy, good fun

Can be tad unorganised at times

-You get to build good relations with the kids and staff -Typically they do try and send you to camp to which you are used to -Some managers and staff are nice not all though -Activities are fun for kids and they really strive in making sure kids have fun

-Long hours short breaks and unpaid lunch is absurd and if you happen to be 10 minutes late to lunch as children can be a bit difficult you don’t get the time back. -RS can be very condescending and lack diversity amongst their team -Cancelling of contracts is the most unfair thing this company do, they cancel your contract in order to bring in new people for your position and blame it on the fact that there’s a lack of kids, that doesn’t make any sense and leaves the kids unstable as they are in a sense meeting new instructors everyday. -parents put a lot of pressure on staff a specially since staff are quite young -Also if you work here prepare for the whole of Supercamps to know your business, this business breaches all type of employee protections or discretionary and it’s disgusting
