Pros
Was a positive and supportive work environment 2 years ago, but has declined in the past year. Same with "work life balance". Nice building.
Cons
The owner is inconsistent and moody. He tells employees that their ideas are needed and valued, but then does not use them. The new website, that took 3 years to launch is not seen as an improvement by customers or employees.
