Pros
Super has been an incredible place to work - I love the people I get to work with daily; the Super team is made up of dedicated, smart and talented people, who foster culture of collaboration, transparency and being solution and customer centric. I love the core values and vision of the company, the aspirational goals and how they celebrate their employees. The benefits and time off are great perks too.
Cons
Super could use improved on-the-job and onboarding training resources, and being a start up, there is limited room for all individuals to move upwards in their career without shifting focus.
