Pros
The company is growing and has a great incentive package. I would recommend it for non-sales. Still, the culture is very negative.
Cons
Ancient sales processes with little to no automation, or visibility. You spend more than half your time-fighting other Account Managers about account ownership. Also, sharing your commission across a large team is necessary. So, commissions are not on par with competitors.
