Business outlook
Pros
Mature and Responsible. I don't have to worry about work with shady work ethics. My duties and pay were established right from the get go and there was nothing to hide at the interview. I knew exactly what I was getting into and no expectations have changed for either Super Pak or myself.
Cons
The only con is the building owner/landlord smokes and gets into office. There is no fault of Super Pak
