Weekly / Monthly pay Car Park Getting to go home

Cons

Racist / Racism everywhere of staff / workers working 6 days a week if you say No you will get fired If you beat target of 1000 they will increase 1200 the next day. If you don't beat your unrealistic targets you will get disciplined in front of everyone Weight regulations on the trailers are not met they also lie and say its 20,000 units when there 24,000 units

Pros

The work is straight forward.

Cons

- The training is non existent. - No one knows if you get paid for the first 2 hours which is supposed to be an induction but it’s just straight up work. - I know the job better than most people working there for years. (I’ve only worked one shift) - if you did forget to clock in but arrived on time and worked the whole shift, you will not get paid a penny. - The whole time I was there I was told it I leave I will not get paid a penny for the hours worked. I was told this like 5 times on my first shift and I was kept wondering, why would I leave. Health and safety is non existent. They ask you to wear a hard helmet which makes no sense because if a pallet falls from a height it will not protect you.
