Not sure where I should start from.
1. This is one of the many start ups that has unrealistic goals and to achieve those goals, they put unrealistic expectations on their employees.
2. You will always feel rushed and chaotic
There is zero work life balance and it is promoted from the leadership. They will say that please take time off when you need but as soon as you take some time off, you are burdened with triple the amount of work. Therefore you start dreading to do so.
3. You are expected to be available and working all the time and as if you don’t have a life outside of work and they are proud of this toxic culture.
4. They take pride in the Hire and Fire culture.
5. They are the organization that makes you feel that, “These are the type of organizations that I want to stay away from, lesson learned!”
6. They over sell the IPO
7. No human factor. People are treated as objects.
8. You are held accountable for smallest mistakes and they are frowned upon. The leadership team won’t let it go easily.
9. There is zero career development and no learning plan for anyone
