      Pros

      - Since you work a lot and very fast, you learn at 1.5x the speed you would at any other org. - Pay is competitive

      Cons

      - Horrible culture. You are expected to work from the minute you wake up to the minute you sleep every weekday, and occasionally on weekends too. - The management is very impolite and rude, and will tear apart things that they themselves approved. - No job security whatsoever

      They do a good job marketing lies

      Cons

      Everything. The product is not great and has an obsecene amount of bugs. The leadership team yells at every department and has no idea what they are doing. They create "ai" employees that do not actually do anything correctly. I am convinced that the leadership team is just using investor money to live "the silicon valley dream". If you have the opportunity to work here, don't.

      Very toxic work culture instrumented by torturing your mental health. Forget work life balance and peace of mind To many Scandals Terrible Experience The management thinks themselves as gods The company is basically just the management’s PR engine — no real business
