Management. Worry too much about their next venture. Cannibalized the staff. A menu of trash frozen food. The managers are there to socialize and never help. This company instills fear. They schedule a single person to run a 300 seat restaurant. I may reapply as a manager so I can watch tv and dictate orders to the staff. Maybe the next time I come in, there will be only 4 things on the menu because this menu is embarrassing to sell. Fear mongering is the culture.
