It is not uncommon to witness volatile reactions to minor issues, which fosters a culture of fear rather than collaboration. Instead of being a source of motivation, the CEO's outbursts create an environment where employees are hesitant to voice their ideas or concerns. If you’re looking for a positive environment, I strongly recommend seeking opportunities elsewhere. The combination of abuse and a toxic culture is extremely tough to cope with. The turnover rate is high. They foster a culture of burnout. You are expected to spend 24 7 on the clock and are constantly reminded you're replaceable.
