      Great idea in the area of pursuing greener solutions.

      Cons

      Poor management and failure to honor original Franchise agreement. Also, failed to honor post agreement to sell 3 franchises in Idaho.

      Pros

      Worked from home. Had supportive managers most of the time. Acknowledged skills and assets and were accommodating of such.

      Cons

      Moved around a lot but eventually wasn’t an asset with sales not being reached.
