Pros
Good pay — no complaints on the package. Food is taken care of at the office, and they have desi snacks in the evening which is a nice touch. The people are genuinely friendly and I didn't see much workplace politics, which is rare. The work itself is interesting.
Cons
Job satisfaction is average — not great, not terrible. The 5-day office policy is rigid, work from home is hard to get even for genuine reasons.
The biggest issue is how they handled the layoffs. Around 60 people were let go after months of work from home — and the only communication was a single email. No farewell, no proper send-off, no empathy shown to people who gave their time and effort to the company. For a company that talks about culture, this was a low point. Employees deserved better than that.
