Flexible hours but favoritism among employees - Customer Success SuperProcure Employee Review

I really think the work and culture in the company, is set by the leadership ..which in case of Superprocure is in great hands of Manisha ma'am and Anup sir. They are the most humble founders I have ever met. The product is great, the team is more amazing, and they do real work. There a lot of SaaS companies which really say that we add real value, but it is not true since they just give a product, rest managing your Integrations, transport and operations is client's responsibility. However, Superprocure handles every client with patience and has integrated with transporters, suppliers, does small customisations without any additional costs.

I cannot think of any. Because there are none.

1. You grow a lot : I've picked up more practical knowledge than I expected. The work keeps you on your toes & there's always something new to figure out. 2. The culture is real : Here the good culture actually shows up in daily interactions. People are helpful, there's no unnecessary hierarchy, & you don't feel invisible just because you're an intern. 3. Mentors who actually mentor : My seniors check in with the assigned work, explain the why behind things, & actually care about whether I'm learning.

Work gets pretty intense sometimes. Juggling multiple responsibilities while still being in a learning phase can be a bit difficult.
