Pros

NONE. You get health insurance but doesn't start for at least 90 days

Cons

One of the most toxic environments you could ever work in. It is not even an interview it's an hour long personality test and when your scores aren't good they will just send you home. You don't get to speak to anyone. Management will barely train you and then throw you into the fire especially if you are hired during busy season. I got one week of training. You will get condescending answers if you ask questions with little to no support from colleagues. They use Discord instead of a professional software to talk to other staff and will send multiple aggressive demands and harsh critiques in a group chat with other staff instead of pulling you aside directly and talking to you face to face. There is a cliquey social hierarchy and once they decide not to like you there will be a shift in how you are treated and if you are fired with no warning. If you are applying for office Admin BEWARE you are disposable to this company and will be treated very poorly as compared to those in the field who are allowed to get away with everything possible. They cannot keep any admin workers for more than 6 months the turnover rate is EXTREMELY HIGH just check how many come and go in the office discord server. I was fortunate enough to get a better job opportunity, this place is a joke and the most unprofessional company I have ever step foot in. Expect to work 2-3 Saturdays a month and have no set hours and have your hours changed on you daily. You are not allowed leave or vacations between the months of May-August and cannot take off Mondays or Fridays if you have to work a Saturday shift. The owners are constantly yelling throughout the office while you are expected to call customers who can hear them screaming behind you. Your insurance doesn't even start until you've been there 90 days because the turnover rate is so high.
