Everyone is so nice and accommodating

No leadership and a lot of work.

Company looks like having a good vibe, co-workers are friendly. Big name clients. Benefits are solid, long PTO.

Don’t trust these people that seem nice to you. They have two faces. When it gets busy, you could be working until you go to bed everyday for weeks or months. Upper management seems caring but when you are facing problems and seeking support they will only blame the problems on you for lacking experiences and not efficient enough, because “the number looks ok”, there is never anything they would look into on their end. Over the time you will realize you should not address any issue to them anymore because not only it’s not helping, it will only look bad on your performance. The work life balance only happens to upper management, and only them know how to survive in such a company. Turnover rate is HIGH! BTW, the starting salary is already not great in the industry standard and there is no raise for years whatsoever.
