Pros
I started at supercuts to get the training and experience. the training was great(sent you to HSA for a week to get haircutting training). also got a couple more classes after training. busy location and got fairly good tips. very glad i went through training though as i feel that gave me an extra push
Cons
having to work so fast. 15-20 minute haircuts max, and when you're new sometimes it's very hard to cut a whole head well that fast. a lot of pressure especially when it's busy. also was told not to talk to clients except consultation which was quite awkward at times. also had a point in time where the manager would take our phones away during our shift.
