      There are clients for people with no clientele.

      Cons

      This place will burn you out. The training, which used to be spectacular is now non-existent. The tips aren't great, so if your hourly pay isn't good, you will be burnt out and underpaid.

      Pros

      As a newer stylist I was given training with an in salon trainer. Also, had other more advanced techniques/training available online.

      Cons

      Not many, I just hate nights and weekends. Being new made my compensation on the lower end.
