Power hungry managers who think they're lord master of the universe and not running a small shop, area managers are completely out of touch with how bad the shop staff have it, star buys and beauty cards will cause you to have a mental break if you're not careful, they claim to care about their staff but if that was the case staff including myself wouldn't be leaving so rapidly. As my title states, loyalty and genuine hard work is frowned upon. Give them an inch and they take a mile.
