Pros
It's a great environment for learning the basics in customer interaction and sales pitching, as you'll do this a lot every four to seven hours a day. Fellow co-workers and low level managers were very nice and pleasant to talk to and learn from.
Cons
You have to join the local union in order to sign a contract to work for Superfresh. Abysmal pay, minimum wage with Union dues every week. No benefits unless you are already a member of the union. According to the contract raises and promotions take years to achieve a satisfying level. Training is 5 hour interaction with a computer program, then thrust into the whirlwind. Company "Core Value" is rarely uphold and vocalized by the management.
