Drug use onsite by managers with the employees causing them to not be able to remember important details youve told them repeatedly Despite having 20 years experience and no issues with my work and regarded as best inspector, would be overlooked for promotions despite voicing my goals and experience many times. They hire externally , more of their "buddies" with subpar work so they can have more people to do drugs with No opportunity to advance , but they will keep telling you there is so you dont quit, but there isn't a promotion to be found Hostile aggressive, overly physical tantrum throwing environment is an understatement and knowingly tolerated and applauded by senior leadership. If you like being yelled at for hours because your manager cant rememeber what you've explained repeqtedly to do his job, this is a place for you. Not a rational leader to be found outside of Don. If you can spend more time inflating manager's egos instead of caring about doing your job, you will go far. Live to work and be ready to dedicate everything to this Company without them caring you have a life outside of their company They intentionally keep emoyees and customers confused Noone cares about the customers experience, just that they get billed
