Pros

- The team has a sense of humour that ranges from clever to dangerously punny. We're not afraid to laugh here. - Great office setup — functional, comfortable, and zero haunted conference rooms (except for that 'one', but we don't talk about that any more), - We actually like our clients (and they like us back - it’s mutual, not just professional). - There's a culture of learning here. We're always getting better. - Work gets done - without unnecessary drama or 14-person Zooms about a typo. - There’s a real human element here. We’re not just keyboards with faces - relationships matter. - Leadership gives you room to own your work, but you’re never left on an island, there's always going to be backup. - Expect frequent company events, from watching movies at the cinema to running around in VR goggles to the annual weekend-away camping trip. - Work/Life balance is important here. You will not be working overtime or on weekends unless you want to, and you will not be expected to (unless you sign-up for the on-call, which is totally worth it!) - Coffee - There are 2 types of MSPs out there. There's the one run by "businessmen", and there's the one run by those that just. get. tech. Superion is the latter.

Cons

Not sure these are really cons - maybe "advice"? - If you don’t enjoy humor, collaboration, or the occasional well-placed meme... you might be mildly confused or feel a little out-of-place here. - If you don't get 80s, 90s and 00s pop culture, a lot of the banter might go over your head. - Not the place for people who need excessive hand-holding... bring your A-Game.
