      Competitive Pay: Week off pay as long you work alll days of your hitch. They forgive for one day absence with Doctors note.

      Cons

      Promotion limited on some crew with high level favoritism amongst employees on some crews. Periodic equipment breakdown regarding maintenance example frequent packing maintenance after stages.

      Benefits- decent health insurance and dental

      Cons

      Micromanagement department that will burn you out. Too much politics and no bonus for hourly employees or raises. On-site 5 days a week and no work from home policy.
