Most of the great workers that I've met have the same complaint. They really do a horrible job of keeping their employees happy. The people that do less work and complain the most tend to make more and have it easier than the hard workers that always show up. You have to be the type of person that is constantly nagging them for what you deserve. If you're not constantly on them until they do something for you, it will never get done. Also no communication between management and constant conflicting ideas from top level management.
