The biggest challenge is the HR process. Communication is inconsistent, and important updates often require multiple follow-ups. Interns may face difficulties obtaining salary slips, relieving letters, and other employment documents on time. PPO discussions and confirmation processes lack transparency, leaving interns uncertain about future opportunities. The company offers learning exposure, but administrative and HR processes need considerable improvement and last over work
