*One of the most toxic organisation the management is very bad *All the managers are team leads are not even good to be qualified as clerk roles *Alot of biasedness these people make their own groups and they spoil mental health of new joiners are trying to perform good because they want their group people to grow *Hr's are useless they are puppets of managers *CEO are useless they are good for nothing just smoking on terrace and nothing else *They will hire you saying it's non voice N it's not a customer support role, it will be chats and it's a pilot batch and stuff but after hiring they will put you under customer support to take calls and they will treat you very bad *The senior employees are so bad they don't even dress properly or communicate properly looks like all halli people in that company very toxic organisation *They have two trainers karthik is very good the male trainer he really deserve to be at a better place but the female trainer is good for nothing!! *Please please do not join this organisation if you are looking for growth you can only grow here by bucketing seniors and managers by being down their foot !! *This company will shut down soon because all their products have worms in it and not good quality or up to the mark products !!
