Supple is undeniably skilled at getting websites to rank on Google—a true testament to their expertise. The company certainly fosters a competitive spirit, provides outings and snack breaks and unreliable leads from a foreign telesales supplier. Sales remuneration packages are... adequate. The employees are a hardworking, good-natured bunch, managing to shine despite the fast-paced environment.

Management exhibits blatant prejudice and favouritism. If you're not in their inner circle and work in sales, expect consistent mistreatment. They shamelessly cut off support for certain employees, favouring others instead. Their strategy to withhold assistance from senior sales staff in favour of other representatives is a calculated move to save on cash prizes & bonuses, blatantly devaluing the hardest-working employees. This not only discourages top performers but also disrespects the very individuals whose efforts have driven the company's success. Such practices are demoralising and a glaring testament to the lack of integrity and fairness in the leadership. When I’ve given a single star, it’s meant as encouragement, not as a mark of approval.
