Pros
Leadership - Senior management knows what they're doing, and have a great direction for the company. They are the types of people for whom you're inspired to work. They're also not afraid to empower employees to push forward and help institute process. No corporate red tape, nothing slowing down good ideas. Business Outlook - In the past few months, Supply has had a major influx of new clients unlike anything I've seen at other agencies I've worked at. Each and every client is selected for the opportunity, and treated valuably. Supply is also not afraid to let go of bad clients. Culture - It's such a fun and uplifting place to work. Fast paced, but also able to have fun and destress. Several times the CEO has challenged me to a quick game of ping pong in the middle of the day - he understands that employees are at their best when they aren't burnt out. Work/Life balance is great. Get your stuff done and then get out and enjoy your life. Career Growth - You can move up as quickly at Supply as you're willing to put the time and effort in. Very good career growth opportunities and a chance to get hands on experience with almost anything. Media - The way people think about and innovate in the digital media space is impressive for such a small company. I didn't spend a day there without hearing "how can we make this better," or "what can we being doing differently?" An open culture means less politics, more open conversation and dialogue, and better results.
Cons
It's small and growing, so still figuring some process-related things out. Huge steps in even the past couple of months. It's also not a place where people who are lazy or incompetent can blend in (I guess that's a con if you're looking for something like that that exists at bigger agencies).
