Pros
Corporately, SupplyOne has great programs and potential for success. They are focused on rapid growth within the packaging industry which creates great opportunities for employees.
Cons
Lack of communication and consistency at Wisconsin location. One week there is a plan, the next week there's a completely new plan. A lot of talk but no action or direction. It's hard to move a ship if everyone is rowing in a different direction. Employees have lost the can do attitude and the negative morale is draining.
