Toxic environment with unrealistic targets and poor management - Account Manager Support Warehouse Employee Review

Passive aggressive environment. Extremely low salaries even for people who’ve been there for years. Unachievable targets even for people who’ve been there for ten plus years. Non-existent company culture. They do not follow their own company values. The company can’t even follow through with its own unique selling points, customers do not get notified in time of expiry. Favouritism will get you far in the company. Some teams are allowed to work from home sometimes, but not all of them. They’re constantly adding more things to the KPI’s and expect staff not to notice. I would not advise anybody work here. Being unemployed is better than being employed by this company.

Decent commission structure. Good work-life balance.

Very high attrition rate. Limited opportunities for career growth.
