Pros
The really pro of working here are the people. The company has made an excellent job in creating a great culture, where everyone is trained to be respectful and kind to each other.
Cons
Money: Don't expect to make money here. The company has a policy where they will always pay the minimum as possible. The average salary for consultants is around 800 USD and they have a standard of increasing your salary in 20% if you're promoted. So if you become a manager while your salary is 800, your new salary will be 960 USD. And believe me, as a manager you will work A LOT, easily 12h a day. It's proihbited to discuss salary with colleagues. So it's very normal that you in a leadership role makes less money that people you have to lead and perform/work less than you. Team Leads have a bonus of 50 USD and it's not worth at all based on the amount of extra taks and responsibilites you will have. It's important to note that the company will make you work on 3/4 different projects at the same time and still pay you the same amount for just one project. You can be at the company for 4/5 years and your salary will not reach 1.400 USD per month. They don't pay taxes over you, they don't provide you a PC, no benefits, and still their goal is to underpay you as much as possible.
