Hi, It's sad to hear that your experience in the company wasn't as expected. Over the decade we've experimented with lots of compensation models, and the one when workload is spread equally in the team proved to be supported by the majority. Our People Experience Managers also regularly collect feedback on anything teams would like to change or improve. From our side it's very odd to hear that someone wasn't accepted because of their skin color. Our company has 700+ brightest individuals from various countries — Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Cote D'Ivoire, Egypt, Japan, South Korea, The Philippines, Serbia, South Africa, Thailand, Tunisia, South Africa — the list is not full. All of them have been chosen based on the language skills and tech knowledge required for their projects. We admit that our selection process is very thorough, and far not every candidate gets to the offer, but yet again it has nothing to do with their origin, only on their skillset. And despite the bitterness of the review, we still thank you for the fact that you've referred your friends to SupportYourApp. We still appreciate it, and don't exclude the opportunity that for some projects in the future their profiles will be a great fit. The onboarding process is incredibly smooth, structured, and welcoming. Management really listens to people.
