Pros

- they pay salary on time - depending on the project workload can be challenging sometimes - no overtime - usually TL's are nice - it is an okay company to get your first job at, as the interview process is not too complicated ad minimal skills are needed - you meet great people - remote work opportunity is nice, the office is cool, but it is located in a pretty remote place, so it is scary to walk back to metro in case you have a shift that ends at 11pm - you have to be able to learn fast

Cons

- Part of the taxes are paid out of your pocket, you have to manage ФОП by yourself with the instructions sent - it feels like the company is more focused on receiving awards for their office rather than checking in with the workers - some updates are sent w/o any notice, for example, the unused time off, which was previously paid out at the end of your working year, now can either be used or they disappear (you get 18 days and only 9 of them can be transferred to the next year) - health policy, you get only 5 sick days per year (only after a year of working, for the first year you get 3), which is absolutely unrealistic - salary policy is unclear, you can get pay adjustment only after a year even if you are "promoted" and have a bigger scope of responsibilities also - the salary you were promised is not the salary you will receive from the first month working there, usually you receive the full salary after half a year working there, for example, they tell your salary will be 700 USD, then usually on the first month you will get 550, then 575 on the next month, then 600, until you reach 700 USD. The same goes for salary reviews, even if they raise your salary, you won't get the full raise on the next month, but rather after 4 or 6 months (also waiting for a review takes way more time, compared to what's mentioned in the policy, you are promised to wait up to a month, but typically you wait for 2 to 3 months) - slim to no opportunities to grow, yes, there are rare occasional openings for specific roles, but chances you get promoted organically are minimal, no matter how good of a worker you are - often the teams are small, so you do not always get to choose your schedule, and have to compromised with other people in a team - when asked about their gym compensation, I was told it wasn't good and only a minimal percentage is compensated - by the contract, you cannot disclose your salary to anyone - you cannot work for any other outsource support company, or for any of their clients, for several years. Also, SUP does not disclose who their clients are, so there is no way to know if you are applying to the company that has any connections to SUP.
