      This is a great company to work for! If you get your client work done you have a lot of flexibility and autonomy which I love. I feel they are always innovating which may make some people uncomfortable but I have appreciated the changes they've made.

      Remote work isn't for everyone, it works for me as I'm able to get my work done,

      Mostly flexible with unlimited PTO and possibility of working with a good team

      Cons

      They recently changed the structure so that everyone has nearly double the workload they had. No coverage when you take time off.
