Training could be better. Older machines and not many people can run them

No good reason to work here unless you like low pay. And no guidance or supervision.

Good employees don't matter here. work 10 - 12 hours with 10 minute break and 20 minute lunch. You stand in on spot the entire shift. Benefits suck only 1 program at $65 weekly for 1 person no wellness program "FSA". No management and bad management. Can't keep employees due to bad work conditions. Stay far away from this place unless you can't get a job at White Castle or Aldi who both pay more. The company that handles evaluation decisions is in Canada let them tell it. This is the worst place I've ever worked and I enjoyed the job and coworkers it is management that makes this place bad. You value the employees if you want success. Not treat them like you can do better.
