Pros

learning about products, great knowledge especially when you are interested in food and cooking. Great co workers, everyone kinda has the same mind set.

Cons

hours get cut if store does not make money. EVEN if you are working the best, selling a lot, your hours will still get cut just like everyone else.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
