      Pros

      Great group of people to work with, layout of store makes it very easy to find/stock product. Store Manager, Rosie at Old Orchard is GREAT to work for. She is flexible, easy to talk to and always willing to help you.

      Cons

      Scheduling shifts can be challenging as they want you to work as many hours as you can. Some team leads have a slight power trip going on.

      - Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

      Cons

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
