Pros

Discount . Good people . Love teaching classes

Cons

My GM was evil . She was a horrible person thank God we have a nice gm now . Corporate doesn’t answer emails about getting anything fixed . We were bought out by a new company so hopefully it’ll change . Way too much overturn in staff and 16 people in a class is WAY TOO MUCH. Too too much . Thank God now that we are open we have to do max of 8 . But no KA until 5 people so you’re exhausted by teaching classes , doing dishes, sweeping , moping. And doing it all by yourself . No credit cards right now so we have to payout at register or use our own money to get groceries and get paid back . They fire half of the staff . Arc is gone - which is fine bc they didn’t do anything anyway. Benefits r ok . They don’t care about their employees we r all just a number to them

Pros

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
