Pros

My coworkers were absolutely incredible, hard working and dedicated people who truly cared about their jobs. The 40% discount was nice and it was easy to end up shopping a lot at the school. Cooking a wide variety of cuisines was fun.

Cons

Hours were unpredictable and often insane in the busy seasons, eventually they were cut down but with impossible expectations of the amount of work that needed to be done. Corporate doesn't listen to staff or to the individual locations making effective management virtually impossible. The recipes were never tested and rarely worked - when they did they often were written with completely unnecessary and complicated steps or a lot of spelling and/or grammatical errors that were honestly embarrassing. There was no real room to grow with this company and if you became management you basically had to give up anything else in your life for the sake of work. The pay was extremely low.
