Pros
Managers are competent and likable. Co-workers are fun to be around. Customers are, overall, reasonable and happy to be in the store. Employee discount
Cons
There are higher paying retail jobs out there. (however SLT hours are reasonable. I.E., we aren't there too early or late in the day) Occasional customers are just awful, but if you can find humor in it, it won't drag down your hope in mankind.
