      Pros

      I’ve always felt supported in my role, and have enjoyed most of the people I work with. Good company discount.

      Cons

      Pay isn’t great, not competitive with Seattle area companies. Medical benefits are expensive if you want to add family members. Communication from upper management is lacking.

      - Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

      Cons

      - Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
