Pros

I absolutely loved working here. I felt like I had great support from management, we had a great team of people, the classes were so fun, and it was easy to be passionate about! I learned so much and felt like I was part of a family.

Cons

The kitchen assistants could have used more concrete training so that everyone is on the same page from the get go. On occasion the recipes from corporate were simply awful and really hard to work with.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
