Pros

People who love food are the best kind of people. I have worked at two locations and the teams are a lot of fun. The employee discount is great, too.

Cons

The pay rates really should be better. The regular sales associates had a pay increase only because WIlliams-Sonoma's seasonal associates were getting paid more.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
