This is a great, challenging, friendly, fun and exciting place to work. I can highly recommend it as long as you're able to work without micromanagement and you're a very responsible person. You will be trusted and have the freedom to get the job done, nobody will be checking over your shoulder, but it will also be expected of you to be accountable to get the job done right and on time. If you are looking to succeed at this place, always be friendly and helpful. Go out of your way to make sure your coworkers, customers and you are smiling. Here you become part of a team, which is strongly bound like a family. You will be supported, but you will also have to support. You are held responsible for your work, but have the tools and feedback at your disposal. There is a very functional open door policy here and a low hierarchy. Cons
As long as you're a responsible person, engaged in the right work, and dedicated to delivering good work and getting the customer to smile, then there are no cons. If you are the type of person who needs to be micromanaged or always told what to do and what to prioritize, then this is not the right employer for you. If you are not a good independent, yet socially helpful and friendly, then this is not the right employer for you. You will get new challenges daily, this is a constantly changing technology environment, which may also be considered a pro. Salary is average, but fair.
