Work is enjoyable, coworkers are mostly great people. Relaxed atmosphere, lots of travel, fast-paced.

Management prone to short-term solutions and quick decisions that often negatively impact the company as a whole. Promises are made, but not kept (not only to employees, but clients as well). Training program non-existent; most employees are un- or under-qualified for their positions. Employees often are kept on despite not performing job duties or doing so incompentently for months at a time.
