Pros
Some good people making good products. Decent pay if you can last through the layoffs. A mostly positive and flexible work environment.
Cons
CEO owner & CFO are constantly making poor business decisions it’s amazing the place is still surviving. Also many people who pull in big paychecks and do nothing but be friends with the owner, seems to be a drain on resources. A strange mix of worthless talkers, bad Business decisions, and talented hard workers, keep’s the success of the company in a wavering balance at all times.
