-Micromanagement. -Lack of job security. -Damaged career having been laid off after less than 2 years. -Caught manager in unethical behavior. The high pay comes with micromanagement, stress, anxiety. With the company having been sold to private equity firm, job security is not guaranteed and very unstable. The high pay might be attractive but if you don't get to keep your job, what is the point? I put in a lot of effort and was hoping to retire from this company but after a shortenened stint I am back in the job market because of the private equity firm demanding cuts.
