The people are welcoming, kind, and interested in sharing their experiences with interns and co-ops. I worked at Surface for 6 months and have made longstanding connections with the employees there. As an intern, I was not expecting to be included in all company activities, but that was not the case. Surfers are truly a family, and are willing to share advice and resources whenever they can.
