Pros
No pros at all, it's a complete waste of time and effort.
Cons
I came across a review recently, and I have to say, it’s completely accurate. I’ve experienced the same issues but never spoke up about them until now. Enough is enough. The company spends so much money on unnecessary things while neglecting to take care of its employees. The working conditions here are extremely stressful. Some employees work tirelessly, getting paid far less than they deserve, while others who contribute significantly less are rewarded with higher salaries and even promotions. It’s disheartening. When it comes to bonuses, it’s just as bad. Despite the company generating significant profits from the projects we’re working on, they offer minimal bonuses and continue to tell us there’s “no profit” every single time. This, even when the projects are highly profitable. Favoritism is rampant here. If you happen to be on a lead’s or manager’s “favorites” list, you’re set you’ll get promotions, bonuses, and opportunities without any questions asked. For the rest of us, it’s just constant stress and no recognition. And honestly, the HR department is the worst I’ve ever encountered. They seem experienced in everything except actually being HR. They fail to address real concerns and are completely disconnected from what employees need. The review I saw said, “Despite generating significant profits, the majority of the earnings are retained by the owners and management team, leaving little for the employees.” That’s 100% true. It’s time someone called this out, because the situation is unacceptable.
